Data and removal requests

What we list, where it comes from, and how to be removed

IRster sells market packs to investor relations teams at listed companies. A pack lists institutions, creators, brokers and events in one investor market, and where we can, the professional contact details of the people who work there. If you appear in one, this page explains why and how to change that.

What we list

Publicly available professional information only: a person's name, firm, role and business contact details, and for creators, a channel's public business contact. We don't list home addresses, personal phone numbers or anything about a person's private life.

Where it comes from

  • SEC filings: 13F holdings, 13D and 13G stakes, and Form ADV.
  • Licensed-manager registers published by regulators and industry associations in each market.
  • Firms' own websites, conference programmes and press releases.
  • Public platform pages, such as a YouTube channel's about page.

We don't resell contact data bought from data vendors. Where we check whether a work address is likely to be right, we do that ourselves against the firm's published address pattern.

How every contact is labelled

ConfirmedPublished by the person or their firm — a team page, a regulatory filing, a channel's own about page. We store the address of the page it came from.
InferredA work address that follows a pattern we have verified at that firm's domain. It has not been published by the person.
Firm-levelThe firm's general line or desk only. No named person.

Who sees it

Investor relations teams that buy a pack for their own company. Each pack is delivered to that customer only. Customers may not resell or republish it.

Ask us to remove, correct or show your details

A removal applies to every pack, including the monthly updates customers already subscribe to. We keep a record that you asked, so you aren't added back the next time a source is refreshed.
