Last updated · Draft of October 21, 2026
Draft for counsel review. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before they take effect. Bracketed notes mark open legal questions.
These Terms govern your purchase and use of IRster market packs and monthly updates, operated by Videoster Inc. (“IRster”). By placing an order you agree to them on behalf of the company you represent (“you”).
A market pack is research for one ticker in one investor market: institutions in four tiers, retail channels, access (brokers and conferences) and a market playbook, ranked against the ticker and peers you chose. Packs are a one-time purchase per ticker, priced by the number of markets in the order.
Monthly updates are optional, billed monthly per market, and can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. You keep packs you have already received.
You do not need business operations in a market to buy its pack.
Refunds. [COUNSEL: business decision needed — e.g. refund if a pack can't be delivered within N days; otherwise no refunds once delivered.]
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use pack contents internally for your own company's investor relations. You may share them with employees and advisers working on that programme under confidentiality.
You may not:
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and privacy laws in the recipient's country — for example CAN-SPAM in the United States, Japan's Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail, and Korea's Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. [COUNSEL: Japan and Korea both restrict unsolicited commercial email without prior consent; confirm whether one-to-one investor-relations emails to institutional investors fall inside those rules, and what we should require of customers here.]
If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop and tell us at privacy@irster.com so we can remove them from every pack.
You remain responsible for your disclosure obligations, including Regulation FD. If you give anything of value to anyone to discuss your securities, Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 requires them to disclose it — see our Section 17(b) notice. IRster does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.
Packs are built from public filings, registers and published sources, which can be incomplete or out of date. Every contact is labelled confirmed, inferred or firm-level; inferred addresses are not guaranteed to be deliverable. Rankings are analysis, not a prediction that any investor will buy your stock.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. [COUNSEL: confirm sales tax / VAT treatment of digital research sold to non-US customers.]
Packs are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IRster's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack or updates the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. [COUNSEL: review caps, carve-outs and indemnities (including your indemnity for misuse of contact data).]
We may update these Terms; material changes apply to new orders and to updates after notice. [COUNSEL: governing law and venue.] Questions: legal@irster.com.
